Pack Your Items
Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.
Hand Over to Courier
A representative from our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the return package.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or your replacement will be shipped.
